EpicEdit retains copies of all our customers' documents that we edit and format.

If your document is of a sensitive or confidential nature, please feel free to lock your document(s) with a password when you send them to EpicEdit. We recommend that you send all relevant documentation to us via email at epicedit@outlook.com so that nothing gets misplaced on your end or ours.

Please indicate in your initial communications via email or our social networking services (WhatsApp, WeChat, Facebook or Instagram) whether you want EpicEdit to retain copies of any documents containing sensitive information or to delete them from our database once our editing work is complete. If your document is protected, be sure to share the password with our staff when submitting your document(s) to us.
